BACKGROUND:

OTHER COMMON NAMES: Spring millet

DESCRIPTION: Spring milletgrass is an annual that grows 2 1/2 feet tall, with drooping, upright or spreading stems. Stems are hollow with swollen joints that are sometimes purple. Stems each produce one cluster of flowers in the spring.
